It was Continental, not a full Irish breakfast which was explained the night before and fine for a change of pace.

The rooms were so spacious and the house so grand.
The rooms were so spacious and the house so grand. When my friend walked in she declared "it's like being in an episode of Brigeton" it felt very luxurious and we all enjoyed feeling like royalty for the night! The host, Bernadette was a delight and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Lovely little touches like homemade smoothies and fresh flowers ready on arrival heightened the experience. Also very isolated in beautiful location but only 20mins from Gorey town and Brittas bay. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh to order and served on bone china was the icing on the cake.

The scenery, the beach, hotel and the people are great. Visit the place and you’ll not regret it.
We stopped by the Greens Restaurant and Berry Farm. We had coffee with this lovely meringue cake mixed and berries since they serve lunch at 12:30, we were a bit early. Of course we bought fresh strawberries, jam and salad dressing locally produced.

The location was good. near Courtown beach ,Unfortunately because of the weather we didn't get to use the beach. we intended going to Brittis bay but had to cancel because of the weather. Gorey town with good choice of restaurants to suit everyone. Arklow good shopping centre with cinema and Maritime museum. Wicklow a short drive away which has the most stunning scenery. Make sure to book well in advance for eating out.
We eat in Gorey town each evening. Book early in the morning as the restaurants are very busy.
The facilities for families with young kids was amazing. Everything is spotlessly clean and modern. The food was exceptional.
The attention to detail on the kids menu naming dishes by favourite cartoon characters was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and always greeted by friendly staff each morning. Beds super comfy, nice big rooms. Ideal location to explore the many wexford beaches and local attractions. Playground was brilliant and the staff organising the train ride made everything so friendly, fun and exciting. We love it there!
It's a beautiful area, 5 minute drive from a nice beach, 10 minute drive from both courtown and gorey, the cottage was very clean, the guest app was very informative and useful, and the weather was glorious.
