We spent my brothers 40th birthday here. Big family of 12. The hotel is really beautiful and has everything you need. It's an extremely busy hotel with families. The food is gorgeous. We had lunch in the bar and then dinner in the restaurant. All was very tasty. There's a walk way down to the lake which is really nice to get out in the fresh air. The hotel rooms were big and spacious. It was an extremely busy weekend so we knew to go for breakfast early or there would be ques but overall I would recommend this hotel for families. Something I really liked is they have water filter stations at nearly every corner and they provide a jug for you to fill to have water in your room instead of plastic water bottles. I thought this was a great idea.
