Breakfast was continental but was delicious and plenty. We were lost and the hostess came to us to follow her to the B&B. The B&B was absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing views, and the rooms we’re comfortable, and a great layout. The hostess made you feel like family. Will definitely stay here for our future travel plans. Highly recommended. The price was better than most we’ve been paying for.

The environment is quiet, The rooms are quiet and you can hear the birds singing in the early hours of the morning.
The staffs are super nice and very helpful and went the extra mile to help visit comfortable.

I was only passing through and staying for one night. Quiet area not far from Castlepollard and Fore Abbey. The place is secure and spotlessly clean. Great to have a kitchen option. Good selection of breakfast food. Friendly welcome from Brigette. Comfortable room. I had a fantastic sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area
I have stayed in 4 star hotels that weren't as impressive and comfortable as Lir Lodge. Everything was perfect, bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were spotless and beautifully furnished and the adjacent fully stocked kitchen are was wonderful. I would definitely recommend and will plan to stay there again.
Gorgeous accommodation, recently refurbed with comfortable bed and nice shower facilities. Great idea with breakfast box and facilities to cook if desired. Close to Castlepollard and Fore Abbey which has nice walks. The owner is lovely and very helpful.
It was something out of a magazine the interior. Fabulous accommodation with own kitchen and the cleanliness was 10/10. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. To be honest this would exceed hotel standards.
