With spacious rooms and free Wi-Fi, Wilton Hotel Bray is about 1.2 mi from Bray's seafront promenade and beach. Dublin is a 30-minute train ride from Bray Station.

A very good buffet breakfast. Hot food was kept refreshed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Located in Bray, a few steps from Bray Beach, The Strand Hotel, the former residence of Oscar Wilde has accommodations with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a bar.
We went for long walks along the promenade. The town is also just a short walk away. There is a choice of restaurants, coffee/ tea shops and grocery stores. We loved the farm market on the Saturday, which was just a short drive away. The added bonus was to watch the start and finish of the "To hell and back" endurance race with 100's of participants.

Delightful seaside resort with very nice beaches.
Delightful seaside resort with very nice beaches. Several restaurants with ocean views. Lots of amenities. Just a short 30 min DART to Pearce Station in the heart of Dublin. A short drive to the Wicklow Mountains for a different experience. The drive to Dublin Airport was only 40 min during morning rush hour traffic.

The best thing about Bray is you have different places to eat, nice walks along the beach and around the harbour or if your adventures the climb up Bray head to the cross.
The town its self has lots of shops which is only a 15-20 minute walk away.

I didn't realize or research enough how far out of Bray the Wilton was located. As a single senior without a vehicle I felt isolated and bored.
However, the friendly and helpful staff were exceptional.

Bray is a bizarre mix of posh Dublin and 1970s faded northern english seaside victorian town. A bit Scarborough, a bit Norfolk. Lots of amenities, restaurants, bars etc
Beach is large pebbles.
Bray Head walk is wonderful (currently closed for rockfall risk, but everyone seems to ignore the barriers and carry on anyway)
Great place to stay for visiting the area - Greystones is a slightly more upmarket version down the coast, Powerscourt 20 mins away, Glendalough 40 mins away.

Bray is a great place to enjoy a relaxed weekend on the beach. This small town is packed with great restaurants and family entertainment (the National Sealife Aquarium and Bray Bowl Arcade). We ate at The Dough Box, The Palm and Butler and Barry - all the food we had was superb!

Hugo Mews was a perfect two person property: spacious, light and airy, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and kitted out, with a comfortable double bed and a good shower. The location is ideal as well; in a quite neighbourhood, with a free parking space and within 10 mins walk of the Bray seafront, shops and restaurants, and just up the road from the Harbour Bar, the best pub in Bray. Highly recommended!
Pleasant, well appointed and clean room, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and view of the seafront. The hotel is right on the seafront at Bray, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants.
Location was convenient to where we needed it to be (close to Wicklow Mountains) and centre of Bray was nearby. Relaxing beds, lovely shower and felt safe.
