My favorite stay on my Ireland trip. The couple that runs the rooms are the nicest you could meet, very attentive and made me feel welcomed to the community. The rooms are first floor, quiet, nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large and super clean, along with a small refrigerator, and desk made this location easily the best of all my stays in Ireland.
In the center of Thurles town, the 18th-century Hayes Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and coffee bar, as well as a nightclub on weekends, with live music and entertainment.

The young girl at the reception is very helpful - many suggestions on where we should spend the time around the area.
