The unit was bright and modern. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Lots of beds. Tankless hot water for shower. Unit came with a washer and dryer, which is a real bonus. The washer had been disconnected while renovations were done, but not hooked up again. Ena, our contact, went above and beyond, washing our clothes in her own washing machine. The place is in walking distance of two local towns, which contain coffee shop, restauarant, pharmacy, pub. Lovely walking trails nearby. Kkitchen was well supplied with utensils. Ena left us a few snacks and milk to start us off. There is parking for one car, although you could manage two small cars.
Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Glenfarne Wood Glamping offers accommodations with a garden and free Wifi. Guests can benefit from a balcony and an outdoor fireplace.

Beautiful home in a truly scenic location. Safe and secure parking on site. Hosts are both so welcoming and kind in every regard. Bedroom was large and spacious. All facilities were in perfect working order, the large dual headed shower in the en suite was powerful. Bed was very comfortable to ensure a great nights sleep. Wide choice of breakfast options all of which were delicious.

Everything about five Glens was great: complimentary bottled water, coffee/tea maker and cream, fridge, microwave, and a grocery store a short walk away. Also, several pubs and restaurants are within a block or two. Conor Maguire, owner, thoughtfully provided suggested "Things to do" with directions for each day!
Swan Cabin is located in Swanlinbar, just 18 miles from Drumlane Abbey and 21 miles from Sean McDiarmada Homestead.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and secure. Breakfast is fantastic and there is plenty of space in the dining area. Loved the quiet neighbourhood! The pub is fantastic and a great place to spend a night.
