The hotel has a very warm, welcoming feel.
The staff have big smiles. It is a quiet place to unwind in a fairly remote spot.
Nice big rooms and beds, a lounge, a library, and other rooms to relax in.
The food was excellent, too.

The situation of the hotel was excellent- beautiful river walks and the lovely walled garden to relax. The evening meal, when we arrived, was delicious and the following morning, breakfast amazing with views along the river.
