Property condition is new, so it was good and nice, also there is a pool on the site. Bed was comfortable and the room atmosphere was cozy and warm. The location also not hard to find and not far from Uluwatu attractions such as Pandawa Beach etc.

My mom and I recently stayed at this incredible villa in Uluwatu and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with an open-concept layout that allows you to take in the view of the pool.
The villa is also well maintained, with a dedicated staff that ensures everything is spotless and that you have everything you need during your stay. Patrice and Corine went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The breakfasts are simply also delicious - we absolutely loved the mixed fruits juices!
The location is ideal as well, just a short drive from some of Uluwatu's best beaches, temples, and beach clubs. We loved being able to retreat to the tranquility of the villa after a day of exploring.

This is a great place to explore the many stunning beaches in this area.. There are many great restaurants and local food warungs in this area and it's easy access from the airport after a long flight (around 20-25 minutes) The sunsets from the various cliff top and beach bars are absolutely stunning.. Great surfing beaches and also lots of Balinese cultural sites are within easy driving distance
We stayed 1 night, everything was good, new room, but was smell in the bathroom because of recent renovations and not good ventilation. They don’t provide soap. And location a bit remote of supermarket, if you have a scooter then no problem. But we came late night and we didn’t have a drinking water with us, and hotel doesn’t provide water at all, even to buy. They should have at least some bottles to sell. Other is good, clean.

I felt like we were alone in this resort because it has only around 20 rooms so it gives homely vibes. you can buy delicious breakfast in hotel restaurant. beach is close (you can see it from the pool) but there is steep descent, not good for older people or people with walking problems. staff is very nice and polite

You need to rent a scooter to get anywhere. With a scooter the location is quite good: quiet but easy access to restaurants, beaches, big strett with shops etc (5- 10 min by scooter).
honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. the receptionist was asleep and made us wait 30 minutes. AC was like a mouse blowing on my back. to top it off the whole room stunk of bleach. save your money and buy a tent
