Staff is nice, was willing to help out with renting a motorbike from a nearby shop (They don't have any at hotel). The view from the terraces is good as well, if you plan to hang out there all day.

The host and staff were really courteous. The villa was great and the view of the hills from the villa was amazing. All the facilities were well maintained. The location was very close to Tirtagangga as well as Pura Lempuyang (yes the location for the famous Bali photo). We enjoyed our stay very much. One hack for people is to visit the Pura Lempuyang temple from here in the evening (around sunset), most people visit from Ubud and try to come really early and get stuck in queues for hours because everyone had the same idea. At sunset it took us only 15 mins to get the picture.
Villa di Bias in Tirtagangga provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive.

The best view of the rice terraces and the Agung volcano I've ever seen in Bali. It's a great place to relax, take some Instagram photos, or even get some work done. I really enjoyed the view and I still think about it often. They were happy to meet us and provided us with a menu for dinner.
Coffee, tea, water, towels, tooth paste and brush were provided. Even they're making mini bar with some snacks.

GumiBali Villa is a beautiful homestay surrounded by rice fields with a volcano looming in the distance. The host, Made, and his family are lovely, gracious, and generous. The grounds are lovingly tended, the home-cooked meals delicious and plentiful.
From a small side road you walk along a drainage canal to reach the house, adding to its remote charm. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The main room is very spacious and there is a terrace with a day bed and small table and chairs set. The house pool is perfect for a relaxing dip after a long hot day of running around.
We had lovely chats with Made and he shared fruit from his trees with us…passion fruit, oranges (beware of these they are sour, we had a good pucker) and fresh coconut !! We are grateful to him and his family for making us feel welcome and at home. If we ever make it back to Bali we will definitely return to GumiBali… and if not, it will always be in our hearts.
Highly recommended for anyone traveling through this area and interested in a warm, unique, and memorable experience.

Uniquely situated in the Tirta Gangga Water Palace, we had the whole place to ourselves when it closed to the public. Breakfasts were great and we had our own swimming pool.
We stayed just one night to visit the Gates of Heaven.
We stayed just one night to visit the Gates of Heaven. I feel is enough to see the surroundings and have a feel of the place. We found the tickets a bit expensive. I mean is a nice place but not to pay 10$. You can see Tirtagangga in 20 minutes, depending on whether you are an instagramer and you take selfies in every corner, then you can stay there for over an hour, although is very difficult to take good selfies as there are people everywhere.
Around the entrance, there are a few restaurants and shops. But please I would say to the owners or whoever takes care of this place, tell people not to feed the fish. They are huge! and it's because the shops nearby sell food so you can take a picture with the fish.

We were lucky to arrive when it wasn't peak season, there were still a few posing Instagram poofters that were over the top and holding up the actual view. I'd hoped that they were going to fall in the water!!!

Nice place to chill out and feed the fish.
The bonus here is that there aren't annoying hawkers and street urchins trying to con you out of you cash.
It is a temple, enjoy it's peace and tranquility~!

I should that the facilities are cheap and simple.
I should that the facilities are cheap and simple. The only electric equipment is a fan (a good one). The shower works, but floods the floor. It's in an isolated place, on a broken road, and Indonesia's main roads are not for pedestrians. The food however is delicious and cheap.

Very nice place to visit. Taman Tirta Gangga is a must.
Very nice place to visit. Taman Tirta Gangga is a must. Many beautiful ricefields with a view towards Gunung Agung in the region. Pura Lempuyang with the famous gate to heaven, another must see in the region, especially for Instagramers. However, in my view the temple is not worth visiting for the money to be spent there. The obligatory transfer from the parking to cash desk, obligatory rental of sarong, entrance (donation but try not to pay), every photo with Agung view. They charge you on every step. Better visit Tirta Empul or Goa Lawah.

The gardens are quite lovely - but in reality - only takes an hour to walk through them all - more if you stop to take photos every minute... but even with lots of photos 2 hours is more than enough - it is very picturesque - and highly recommend you go as part of a tour - but don't stay in the accommodation.
Amazing place with an amazing host and his family.
The villa is in the middle of many ricefields. the view from the rooms and in the roof is wonderfull.
On clear nights the view of the stars from the roof is spectacular. It is a little bit isolaties but Imakasu (the host) will help you find your around Tirtagangga.
A true Bali experience.
Everything was amazing view the hotel, but not food and the location was not good no restaurants the don’t have delivery and the clothes early at 6pm
No grab nothing you must take taxi and it’s expensive
But the staff very kindly
Beautiful view from the terrace, super friendly & helpful host, very nice breakfast served on the terrace, great value for money. if we ever make it to Tirtagangga again, we will definitely stay at Pondok Alam Bukit.
Amazing view, bedroom and toilet were very comfortable. Towels provided and one of the beds had a mosquito net. Location is good if you want to go to Tirtagangga and the living museum.
