The staff were extremely helpful and kind, allowing me to be the first guest to stay in their beach side bungalow which was beautiful.

My partner and I had the most blissful 3 days at Hotel Tugu. As other reviews have said, it is a special place. The grounds are stunning, spacious and beautifully maintained, and connect to a quiet patch of private beach. The traditional architecture and artefacts dotted around give this place a feel that is different to a hotel. It’s entirely possible to find yourself a patch of serenity somewhere that you would be forgiven for thinking you were the only guests here. The service was by far a highlight; all staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, remembered and comfortable, and did so with genuineness. We were only able to eat at the main restaurant as the other was closed, but every meal was delicious and carefully presented. I couldn’t say I’ve ever been sad to leave a hotel before staying here. Cannot recommend enough.

I went with my wife, daughter and parents. A group with ages 8 to 70 years old. All of us had a good time there. The gardens were very beautiful with lights at night (perfect for mum), The food was amazing and reasonably priced (good for everyone), The swimming pool is large and well maintained (perfect for my daughter). The rooms were spacious and clean. Lombok wildlife sanctuary is very close. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Exceptional!!! We stayed here to have a few days rest and recoup and then go to the wild life park as it is close by. The accommodation is clean, quiet (my toddler was probably the loudest around), lovely rooms (we stayed in a bungalow with private bathroom), great value for price, perfect aircon, laundry services, very close to the beach a 2 min walk, close to little snack shops and other restaurants, the restaurant at the accommodation has tasty food but what made it the most amazing was the hosts. They were very helpful, kind, welcoming and also were happy to have my toddler steam rolling around all over the place and I feel they went above and beyond what is expected for a guest house - so thank you very much ☺️

The service and staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. We were given a lesson on how to use a scooter. They also organised with arranging private drivers, giving good recommendations on activities. The facilities were immaculate, spacious, beautiful, well-maintained. The massage we had was very good and relaxing. Also, the prayers are quite distant and it is not too loud. Very nice location, secluded but easily accessible (10 min drive) to Bangsal Port. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone - couples, friends, family.

Nothing. We paid up front in good faith and vacated within 2 hours before dusk had set in with the weather turned rainy. Advertised as úncancellable', Booking.com should have a category like ''view before payment', if it cannot guarantee the basic safety and comfort standards.

This was our second visit to the Lombok Lodge in less than 12 months so saying that we loved our stay here is an understatement. The team of friendly, professional and obliging staff certainly made our visit even better than the last. A little piece of paradise that is tucked away in the north west of Lombok has incredible views both inside and outside. We had enjoyed a "Time Together" package on our last visit which I will always highly recommend. There are many other packages available and one can certainly curate whatever your heart desires. On our trip this time we really just wanted time to stand still, slowly soaking in our 3 gorgeous days, making the most of the extensive yet and delicious breakfast and lunch menus. Let's not forget Chef Jiwa's afternoon teas which is a firm favourite! The Lombok Lodge has a beautiful wellness center with lovely therapists who are ready to spoil you with a treatment of your choice. Being avid swimmers we enjoyed the amenities of their '25m' swimming pool where swimming laps can easily and enjoyably be done when alone. We also found swimming and snorkeling in the bay out front really great as the reef was teaming with corals and fish. Granted it may be clearer on the Gili Islands (which is a must) but this was pretty good for us. Be sure to wear a float so that little fishing boats can see you on the water. As I'm writing this post I'm planning our third visit back. I can't begin to describe the quality and the attention to detail that The Lombok Lodge has in all departments. After a delicious morning Nespresso, my favourite part of the day is breakfast, chatting to the staff and practicing very basic Indonesian Bahasa. I can't begin to name each one of the amazing team as I don't want to leave anyone out but they are very accommodating and obliging of your needs, no matter what.
