The place is very beautiful, on the edge of a clear river, the atmosphere is still natural and not too touristic. Febby (staff) was very friendly and helpful, Nanta (the guide) was very experienced, He took us through the forest and saw wild orangutans. Wonderful hotel. The staff were great especially Blade who took care of us so well. The location by the river and waterfall was beautiful. The hotel even has their own private beautiful waterfall. The food at the restaurant was amazing. We had such a great time and would love to go back.

Great location on the river. Staff were very friendly and did a wonderful job guiding us thru the forest for a 6-7 hour excursion. They were very knowledgeable regarding the jungle and the wildlife.

Unbelievable beautiful view. The rooms are nice and the outdoor bathroom was so cool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We did a one day trek with guides Irpan and Angar who were absolutely the best. We got to see 8 Orang Utan. It was an incredible experience.

There was nothing not to love here. The property was clean and well-located, the staff went above and beyond for us by helping us organize rides and activities, the bed was quite comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was tasty and cheap. With the river running by so close, it felt like we were staying at an alpine lodge!
The family running the guest house is extremely kind. We couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Make sure to bring cash with you, though. As of writing this it’s a cash-only town with the nearest ATM about 7km away.

Beautiful location, great food and fantastic staff. We loved our stay here! Our host Josef organised our whole trekking experience and also organised our transport to and from the bus station. We did 3 days trekking with our brilliant guides Anwar and Darwan. Their expertise was second to none, it was such a pleasure to share this experience with such knowledgeable and friendly guides, we loved every minute.
The only downfall was that we couldn't figure out any of Josef's card tricks 🤔 🤣
