This hotel has made my trip miserable. So much stress and ridiculousness. I want a full refund please. When I initially booked, a few days later I requested from them to cancel my booking and refund due to unforeseen changes in my plan, and that my husband didn’t get the visa. I wasn’t comfortable staying at this hotel alone. I spoke to them at least a week before my trip. They were extremely unhelpful, shady in their dealings and made it so difficult for me. They ofcourse declined the refund. I then told them if I can move the booking to my brother’s name as he will be visiting Bali with his girlfriend later in December. After going back and forth, they finally agreed. They asked for his information which I then provided. They confirmed they will move the booking for 27th and 28th December (with the same amount that I booked with so they can agree, although those dates are cheaper). Now they declined my request and I lost my money simply because I didn’t share his whatsapp number! They are a complete fraud and unprofessional. All the negative and terrible reviews about them online are CORRECT! Please remove them from your booking platform! They have caused nothing but stress. In my 15 years of travelling around the world from hostels to 7 star hotels, I have never encountered such scammers and horrible communication.
