Outstanding views from the resort, nice pool and restaurant. Gua Langse is nearby and a very nice excursion. Note, there is no direct access to the beach from the property, 5km by scooter or car (on a steep road).

I like how the bed is very comfortable and the location of this hotel is far from the hustle bustle of the tourist attraction yet its near the hits hang out spot obelix!. I like how the room price is included breakfast and dinner, the way to get to this hotel is a bit steep so going back and forth outside is not recommended.

Nice location in the middle of the fields. Peter the owner is leaving close by and very helpful. He assisted us to organize the various trips. Good restaurant close by. 15-20 mins by car to yogikarta, but transportation easy to find and very cheap.
It's a very beautiful beach, but poorly managed.
We have to pay ilegel contribution money TWICE to get to the hotel.
And the beach is not very clean.
But being able to enjoy the view of Parangtritis beach from afar is really a magical experience.

Our hotel was in a great village setting.
Our hotel was in a great village setting. Parangtritis and the beaches locally are not great. Can’t swim due to currents. Lots of hawkers, limited up-market food facilities (my Western stomach is a bit sensitive for “ kaki lima” style food”, and at Parngtritis, you need to walk around the horse, dune buggies, etc., although there’s lots of beach umbrellas and cheap food to enjoy on the beach.
