Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room.
but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away.
we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before.
will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

Do not take motorbike taxi and taxi, use Grab for both. Most private motor bike taxi and taxi is likely to scam you especially you are not local, driving to a wrong place, look blurr, suddenly don't understand what you are talking about and ask for more money. Locally I can't find any tours. They prefer you to charter the whole taxi to places of interests. It is not worth it for single. Grad don't do tours and private motorbike taxi and taxi can but again plenty of unforseen situations and incidents to milk you for more money along the way. Look for reputable or recommend by hotel is safer, not touts in the streets.

It was our first trip back to Batam after the lockdown in Singapore so we were pretty excited to be back. The hotel location was superb to our liking as it was close to Nagoya shopping mall as well as the Grand Batam Mall. The concierge, Putra, was exceptionally helpful and friendly which made our check-in and out seamless. There was no issue with room service as well and the suite that we booked for were perfect for 3adults and 1 toddler. Overall, we love the place and would definitely come back again!
Situated near Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre, it allowed us to explore the mall easily without needing to rely on public transport.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to a variety of dining options. Whether you're craving local cuisine or international flavors, there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. This made it effortless to find something delicious to eat at any time of day
Great value for money right next to Nagoya Hill Mall. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean. There is breakfast included. When I left the hotel in the afternoon, it looked like the staff prepared complimentary coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby. I booked a twin bed as it was the cheaper option, but the staff was kind enough to change/upgrade to a double bed.
I really like the ambience of the hotel, seems very classy, makes you feel like you are going on a honeymoon trip. Distance the hotel to popular tourist destinations like nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is not far. Plus point, staff are really nice and helpful too.
