We travelled as a family and loved this hotel very much, everything was as a 5star should be, staff was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved the room amenities. One of the best swimming pool, gym and other common areas that we used.
Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay in and around Ubud, great for families. Kids pool and Kids club were amazing. Delicious breakfast spread. Would definitely book again.

Great breakfast, beautiful pool and jungle view, the room was very clean and large, and came with nice robes and slippers. The staff was wonderful and we were able to immediately receive a welcome drink and massages. The staff was very helpful in finding us a driver to take us to some waterfalls on short notice.

The staff was super accommodating and kind! I initially got one deluxe room and one superior room for my group of friends, and requested we are next to each other. The staff upgraded our superior room to a deluxe room for free so that our rooms were next to each other! Additionally, the called taxis for us whenever we asked and were just really welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room, amenities, breakfast, and pool were all awesome!! Highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Ubud!

We had the king room with balcony - beautifully decorated in the traditional Balinese style, comfy beds and excellent shower. Mornings started with delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of things to choose from. The place really is a sanctuary in the middle of a busy city - peaceful and quiet with beautiful tropical garden, yet bustling downtown Ubud is a short 15 minute walk away. The spa was great, according to my family. The staff at the property were super friendly and helpful. Michel provided a lot of useful tips and info on the various attractions on the island, such as the sunrise trek to the top of mount Batur, etc., and I enjoyed our chats with him with interesting insights into the island culture. Plenty of little shops nearby, some excellent restaurants and scooter rentals just outside the property. The Vespa Pizza restaurant is not to be missed! All in all Taman Rahasia was a really excellent choice for our 5 day stay in Ubud, and we would gladly book again.
