The front desk staff, the management, from housekeeping to culinary to groundskeeper! Even watching how the young man carefully and impeccably laid out beach towels on the pool loungers! The level of detail and loving attention to a job well done was evident!

Perfect place to stay in Luwuk. Nice terrace to chill and have a drink, also possible to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was truly amazing with plenty of Indonesian and western options. Good room, bed and shower. Friendly, polite and helpful stuff members. We stayed again on our way back.
