It was very convenient to get to from the ferry terminal. A quick 2-minute ride and you're ready for some relaxation. The room was spacious with a refreshing view of the sea! The staff were polite and very helpful with recommendations for activities. Massage services are competitively priced. Breakfast options were good! I really enjoyed their Eggs Benedict.
The free heritage tour of the property is a good bonus if you would like to have a better appreciation of the piece of history that is MV Doulos. The shelves of books (with a wide variety of titles) at the hotel lobby was a brilliant detail! I enjoyed reading one of the books during our stay.

What a great resort.
The breakfast selection was extensive, both western and Asian, and the food was great. The dinners were scrumtious with a good menu available.
The room was unique, particularly the interesting bathroom. The safari tents were well worth it, especially as we were in the first row and only a few meters to the pool's edge.
The pool was incredible, warm water, constantly cleaned, and provided nearly a 2km walk around the pool for exercise. We didn't use any of Treasure Bay's activities, but they were extensive and very popular.
The staff were excellent - the best we experienced on our whole Asian holiday.
The resort was well worth staying there for the four days we did.

Wonderful stay, kids absolutely had a blast. The tent is made of canvas so you can hear the full conversations right outside your tent which might make sleeping a bit challenging, but it added to the charm of glamping too!

We visited the Bintan Brother Seafood stall on our trip for some delicious seafood. Our resort driver recommended trying the Gong Gong, a kind of seashells, which are unique to Bintan and Batam Islands. We also enjoyed crab and fish, all freshly cooked and served. The prices were very reasonable.
The blue lake at the Sand Dunes was picturesque, and the fireflies tour at night was an amazing experience that allowed us to learn about nature.
For our next visit, we will stay longer to explore the island, avoid Singapore public holidays and explore other beach resorts as well.

We stayed at Kamuela Villa and it's truly a great place. It's about 10 minute ride from the ferry terminal but you'll need transportation to get around because the villa isn't really in a city area.
With the in-house transport provider (taxi operator with set prices for the places you want to go), you can get the driver to bring you around the place, even to as far as Tanjong Pinang.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal.
Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do...
We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.
A great weekend trip from Singapore. 4 person villa was fantastic. Not much to do in the area, but we managed to get lunch/ drinks in the local town and had a nice walk along the beach. great value for money compared to many Bintan resorts. We loved the food that we ordered for dinner which was served in the room- same with breakfast.
Speedy trip from the ferry, pick up and drop off was included.
I wouldn’t stay for longer than 1/2 nights but great for a short stay
Excellent location. Beach is right in front of your room. Good place to chill and relax. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly. Room amenities complete with daily water, 1 round free soft drinks (4 cans), room slippers, kimono. Spa experience was great too.
