This was a magical experience. A trip back in time set amongst antiquities from the Indonesian and Javanese times gone by. The staff were kind, giving, attentive and the GM Mr Faisal spent time sharing the story of Tugu, its history, the family and the construction. He was wonderful and very good at the helm of his staff of 105.

Everything was just perfect, what I love the most is how Mbak Nina and Mas Midi put their love and heart into so many details in the design, and service delivery at Bale Jukung. Very beautiful resort. If you like a quiet place, this is the hotel to book. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed it and extended my stay. The beach is right there. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Highly recommended!
