Staff was phenomenal they very kind and caring and even played a game with my children they are great with young children . My 4 kids enjoyed the time here . They have a small swing to sit on. So close to many places within walking distance and only 10 min drive with GRAB to UD PUTRA shopping mall . Good size room and bathroom is great size . 1 min walk up alleyway to alfamart . The place even has a washing machine to wash your clothes so that was a bonus to be able to wash out clothes everyday .

Front office lady who checked us in deserves 100 out of 100 stars. Breakfast will be serve late but I will depart from hotel at 4am, she eventually put in the effort to offer for a take away. My family felt so touched that this gesture really gives us a great impression. We are provided a meal with fruits and water bottles. We was given 3am morning call, breakfast is ready for take away to be eaten in the airport, and the shuttle is there ready for us to depart. I really do salute the driver, because I left a mobile phone in the room, and we turn back to collect. The services are TIP TOP and very recommended!
