Indonesia’s capital, sprawling Jakarta has hurtled into the 21st century at a startling rate. Away from the bustle is Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, a suburban park celebrating Indonesia’s rich culture through museums, dance and film, centred around a large lake with Indonesia-shaped islands. Ancol Dream Park also features waterparks, beaches and amusement rides.
