Nice resort style hotel with a great pool and many services available, the staff was very kind and also a person from the reception took us to the airport as the shuttle or driver was not available at the time agreed. Overall are far better than the standard in West Papua.

the staffs are very friendly and helpful. they attained all my inquiries (making twin bed into double bed, hairdryer, even looking up the cctv since i lost my phone -- turned out i lost it in the grab). all accommodative, packing up my breakfast since i have to catch early morning flight.

The room was good and bathroom likewise - just what I would expect from the Mercure brand. Front desk staff very helpful, though over attentive “service” by other lobby staff became quickly irritating. Very good location for good restaurants and especially good coffee shop near the mosque.

Great location and clean hotel facilities. The rooms were great including the food and service. Unfortunately I was put to a smokers room due to limited room availablity for non smokers. Better for non smokers to be at a non smokers level for a comfortable stay.
