Mimin is a wonderful host. She and her sister are kind and helpful and welcoming.
I booked a deluxe cottage and thought we would have a view of the rice fields and a sense of being in the country. Instead, our cottage faced the driveway and another building.
The air conditioner did work great, which was good because there were a lot of mosquitos which limited our time outside.
Breakfast was very basic, as expected. And served at the back of the property, which is where the rice fields are located. The view there was lovely.
The property needs some maintenance and the rooms a good cleaning to remove the grime from the woodwork.
The place has potential if taken care of.

The people were always very friendly and anxious to help. There are many tourists things to do, but it is not popular tourist destination. It depends a lot on what you want and what you expect. My stay was limited I was not do my favorite thing (wandering around the the city and visiting coffee shops and restaurants and meeting and interacting with the local people) because I caught a cold.

Hands down the nicest, most accommodating and helpful people I’ve met on my travels in Sulawesi. Mimin helped me with any booking or request, even managed to get my dive mask all the way from manado to una una. Outstanding.

Hotel is literally 2 min walk to the airport, we stayed only for one evening as we had a morning flight. Room was fine, clean and quiet. There is a supermarket next to it
