Staff were amazing.
Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We avoided this by just showering but it is an issue for the frail or elderly.
Nice house with its own pool, nice rooms, good beds and cozy living room with TV.
Every day you could take a bus into Ubud from the hotel, free of charge. and otherwise the hotel was helpful in finding a driver for other trips.
The hotel's surroundings are like a beautiful park, but cozy times lakes and small cozy places to side

the small villas are absolutely comfortable for couples and families, our hotel manager has arranged an extra bed for our 3.y.o daughter. we enjoyed our stay a lot in that small jungle village with beautiful view. Staff was super friendly, Made did his atmost best to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is very cute, everything is well-organized. It's green, bit of a jungle vibe. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed is comfy. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind (5 star). The breakfast exceeded our expectations.
