The location is great, but since it is a budget accommodation, don't expect anything fancy. Apart from the weak wifi signal in our room, the stay was quite good.

The hotel is located conveniently with a parking space in front of the hotel (not sure if you're allowed to leave your car there for the night though). There is a small supermarket next to it and a ATM closeby. Most of the staff doesn't speak English, but they're very friendly and willing to facilitate. The hotel in general is basic but looks maintained and is clean.
The deluxe room we had was relatively free from bugs (some ants and mosquitoes) and clean (bed, sheets and floor were clean, the walls and mirrors had makeup and smashed bugs). The matrass was good, airconditioning worked sufficiently. Breakfast was basic (Soto Ayam) but okay for the price.
