Super nice stay - I inquired for a quieter room and got assigned to one facing the garden, which was amazing, super quiet and relaxing environment despite of the very central location.
Location is great too, if you are looking for easy access to beach, spa, restaurants etc.
The breakfast buffet was not big, but had changing offer every day, which was great.

Beautiful property! The entire hotel, the room as well as the common areas are great.
The property is well maintained and clean, the room was nicely decorated and cozy with ice cold aircon, a comfortable bed and large tub! The phone in the room was having issues and it got replaced within 10 minutes of it being reported.
I had a late lunch at the poolside restaurant and it was delicious!
There was no poolside or bar entertainment so nothing keeping you from reading a book or taking a nap. Even with the construction next door it was quiet and I was able to relax (something that isn't always the case in Canggu.. with the road noise it's sometimes hard to get a good night's sleep).
If you're seeking some fun and nightlife, getting a rideshare is super easy and you're about a 15 minute ride away from the happening area.
The staff was very willing to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

noise from beach clubs is too loud too late into the evening. The accomodations across Canggu need to warn people of this and do things like put in ceiling fans to help mitigate the noise at night as it goes until late. Beach is filthy and crowded. Much better places in SE asia and Bali to go to for cleaner beaches that would offer massages and nice eateries on the beachfront so def not impressed.

This property is absolutely stunning—immaculately maintained and a true delight to stay in. Every aspect, from room cleaning and reception to the restaurant and personalized touches, was exceptional. The entire team consistently greeted us with warm smiles, no matter the time of day. Responses to requests were remarkably quick—the fastest we’ve ever experienced. Kudos to the entire team for delivering such outstanding service!

Traffic is murder. Streets are too narrow and no footpaths.
Traffic is murder. Streets are too narrow and no footpaths. Locals are ok it’s the stupid tourists and ex pats who think they can ride a bike you have to watch out for. Got some nice cafes and restaurants with convenience stores every 10 meters. Beach walk is nice as it is everywhere in Bali. Definitely need to go to Finn’s Beach Resort so you can enjoy your dinner while watching fat white people running around in budgie smugglers and bikinis.

Canggu was an amazing destination with a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! My favorite spots included the vibrant Batu Bolong Beach for sunsets and La Brisa with its cozy, boho vibe. For food, I loved trying out the local cafes; Crate Café was fantastic for breakfast, and Mason served up some of the best grilled dishes I’ve ever had! Getting around was easy, thanks to affordable scooters and Gojek rides. For solo travelers, yoga classes at The Practice and surfing lessons on Echo Beach are a must-try – great ways to meet people and enjoy Canggu’s unique charm.

Plan everything ahead of time.
Plan everything ahead of time. It will help to have wifi or contact info of drivers to get around. Traffic jams are everywhere be prepared. Plenty of cafes and healthy food joints to works from or just chill.
If you get tired of walking you can easily get on a scooter and the ride share will drop you where ever you need to be at.

Villa is located right in the heart of Canggu and in walking distance of most busy restaurants and beach clubs, or you can rent a bike from the villa direct which was a very good price and convenient!

Wow. I really wish I discovered this place sooner. I had been in Bali for a month switching between hotels and guest houses. The Hideaway provides the best of both worlds. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, it is walking distance of a few good cafes and the beach. There's ample parking for motorbikes. I like the fact that the room had both a fan and air conditioning. It's such a nice environment - quiet and away from the noise of the traffic. Just a beautiful place to be.
The Bohemian Bali is an amazing location, right in the middle of Canggu. It was a 30 min walk from the beach (didn't feel too long, there were so many things to see during the walk) and many many great pubs and restaurants around. The hosts were super nice, they helped us out with everything. One they we had breakfast at the hotel, we felt like kings.
Just outside the bussy and more expensive area of Canggu. We arranged 2 scooters trough Wasabi and they where brought to the hotel. From there everything was well with in reach (Cangubeach in 10 minutes for surfing).
Breakfast was cheap and good. The room had a good airco and hot shower, a vault and a balcony with chill corner.
The villa perfect blend of luxury, comfort, clean and staff super helpfully.
Overall, our stay at Las Casas Canggu was nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to experience the best of Bali in a luxurious and serene setting. We can’t wait to return!
