Breakfast was ok ok with many varieties but same menu daily. Dinner at Rempah kitchen was not to our expectation. Nasi Goreng was sweet & so was the noodles. Nicho & Dika attended to us mostly during the breakfast buffet and their service was excellent! Music at the beach bar was blasting, so could not enjoy dining there. Staffs very very attentive, friendly and pleasant, but they had difficulty understanding us (we spoke in English). When you call for room service or ask them to arrange for something, they take very looong to revert. You have to keep calling front desk again & again to revert. Front desk staff Rio promised to upgrade our room but did not followup at all!
