Amazing clean well appointed large rooms, spa was divine with amazing staff, food was absolutely top notch, thanks to the chefs, the gym was sufficient, amazing positve reception and restaurant staff! Beautiful place situated right next door to a Church. The staff were amazing and the buffet breakfast was nice. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to sit on the verandah. I left the aircon on in the room. Ate at the restaurant which was a bit pricey for meals. Reception area is very inviting. Beautifully set up.

In December 2024 and January 2025, we spent 21 days with our two children (aged 10 and 12) at the Grand Hyatt Bali. We chose this hotel because of the nice beach, the all inclusive service and the proximity to a private hospital. The hotel was indeed built in the past and the positives are that the gardens and beach are beautiful, the pools are varied and the staff are above average, hospitable, helpful and kind. I would also like to highlight the performance and kindness of the boys working in the pool bar, Tyas and Weda.
