I definitely recommend. I did 4 days tour to Bromo, Batu and Malang. It was Awesome, Great and Fun. I can’t wait to come again. Tour guides are friendly and knowledgeable, dealing with them was easy and perfect during the tour, and most importantly the guide was helpful and informative (https://bromonatural.travel.blog). I recommend to use their service if you want to visit Bromo on a such unique experience.

Such a great place with a great people ! They helped me to find many places to visit, even helped me to prepare all the belongings i need to bring for my trip. The place is clean and you can feel the locals house vibes here ! Such an amazing experience. Bonus: they have a veryyyyy cute little cats there omgggg CAN I GIVE THEM 100 out of 10?! 😭❤️ Will definitely back to this place whenever i visit Malang in the future!!
Very nice view from the hotel, facing Arjuna mountain, breakfast spread was fantastic, staff members were at their best: polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel facilities were nice and adequate - spread on large area, so a bit of walking from the room to the other place. Room were spacious, minimal but functional. Rooftop cafe was nice, with nice view.
Breakfast was Good and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. However we felt the restaurant could have been better and offer better value for our family. The Pizza was good.
Overall we felt hotel was expensive but we enjoyed our stay.
It was clean, the pool was quite big with a whirlpool with warm water. The breakfast was abundant and the rooftop view is beautiful as well. We took a massage at the Spa of the hotel which was also great.
