Gabby, the owner is a very friendly women. The service is excellent. The guesthouse is in the centre of kota Ambon and there are many shops in the neighbourhood. But for sleeping it is perfect, away from the busy streets.
There are scooters for rent and even cold beers available.
We stayed in 3 different places/hotels in Ambon but Wisma Grace is the best by far !
The hotel has friendly staff who are very helpful in sorting things out. The breakfast is superb with lot of variety. The bed was massive and very comfortable rest on. The room has a little desk so you can also do some work.
The hotel looks new, in a very good location, the standard room is small but has a mountain view which we enjoyed, and all the staff were so friendly, made us feel welcome. Breakfast is yummy.
Perfect staff, they, helped me with everything wich can be key in a crazy city like ambon. Even let me phone call from a private phone. Bed was great, not to hard, not to soft. Highly recommend
