The staff was kind, the ala carte restaurant was awesome, delicious food and wine there, well-prepared for many people. Half-board was great as well. I liked the jacuzzi on the sun terrace, with its marvelous view of Lake Balaton.

Vonyarcvashegy is a lovely suburb not far from keszthely.
There are numerous restaurants and bars in walking distance
Lake balaton is a very short walk from platinsee. And a leisure/lido on the lake is about 10-12 minutes walk.
The lido has safe swimming and abundant sunbathing spots as well as snack bars and restaurants. It is also very inexpensive to spend the day there .

The location is excellent.
The location is excellent. I stayed too little, but I liked everything.
The place is ideal to come with the family, especially with the children. They have a place to play, relax, you can ride a bike and try the local food.

Very nice hotel, good located few hundred meter from Balaton. The wellness is amaizing. nice swiming pool and perfect sauna area. The dinner in the Bock Bistro was excelent! Not as bis portion, but best quality. The staff is very kind!
The breakfast was good. There was a lot of activities you could do in the hotel like tennis, board games, billiard (pool), table football,... We were also very happy that the staff speaks fluent english
