We made a special request for a birthday package, the cake was amazing and tasty + they prepared small 🎁 presents to enjoy it more the special Day ! Thank you !.

We had room no.1, it was spacious, cosy, clean, and side view of the lake and head of the T-Rex. A big plus of the room was that it had a small hallway that made it extra quiet.
You have direct- free-unlimited access to the zoo, no more waiting time.
A very cosy hotel, home feeling, the staff is very nice and friendly! Deserves more than 2* !
