Customer service was exceptional, I can only recommend this place. Very close to city centre, beds are great, rooms are good, we stayed in an older room, still it was great, I can only imagine how good are the new rooms.

This was seriously the best place in which we have stayed. Great location; exceptional room which was huge; staff were outstanding including housekeeping / reception / food services. Lovely breakfast, with many options served in gorgeous conservatory. The arm chair in our room was a wonderful touch and exceptionally comfortable. All staff were Highly responsive to any requests made. The staff and management should be congratulated on their excellent service.

This was a stunning and well preserved boutique hotel, situated in the best spot in town. I was in awe of the history and the old architectural qualities. The person at reception (who I think was the owner) was also very accommodating. Breakfast was included (and from previous experiences, we weren't expecting much), but this had a wide variety of tasty and healthy foods as well as specialty barista style coffees.
Really well equipped for kids, the Africa theme is really nice, loved the Meerkats in the hotel. Great outdoor animals and play areas....huge labyrinth was a lot of fun. My five used the spa twice and really liked it. Pool bar food is really good. Staff were friendly and remembered my room number.
