parking was available and right in front of the apartment. interior was simple and comfortable.

Absolutely perfect object. Excellent location, beach entrance across the street, lots of bars and restaurants around. Fully equipped apartment (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, etc.). Possibility of a parking space in the garage. Gated area is safe, neighborhood is nice. The advantage is also a small garden accessible from the apartment. Good place for users of SUP boards (you don't have to pump and fold them every day, you can keep them in the garden). Very polite, communicative and helpful owner. Highly recommend!
