The property has 4 units. This one was on the upper floor (not obvious from the description) with a balcony with a very nice view of the lake.
The owners live in one of the units, friendly people.
The very nice garden is attached to a narrow public beach.

The place is amazing, the owner is super nice,she did everything to make us comfortable. It is a real kids paradise,the water is just the right size, you can borrow bikes, scooters, little one can find multiple riding options,bigger kids van play with table games. All the rooms has their own balcony,plus extra seats around the pool in shade and sun as needed. It was super hot,but there is a jakuzzi, and infrasauna. There is a huge common kitchen. All room has its own fridge and microwave, in kitchen you can cook.
Prepare yourself like you would go home.
There is a restaurant in 5 min walk,only for lunch though,but affordable and delicious. Any bigger shop is a few minutes drive.

The location is amazing 5 minutes from spar and the train station and 10 minutes from the lake all by walk , our host was super amazing , the gas for the grill was empty when we got there but the host went out of her way to fix it for us on a saturday for which we are grateful , she was super nice and cooperative in every aspect , the house itself was modern and very clean the heating working just fine , toilet just a bit small but still very clean ,

Many Hungarians around Balaton are quite hostile to tourists speaking english or other foreign languages. I dont understand it, because I saw there, that they are in a deep economical sh*t and would desperately need the money from tourists to renew the whole equipment around Balaton lake. Unfortunately it is still the same as I remember it from the 1980s. Really weird way how to earn the money!
At least 1 positive thing: Hungarian food and
dry white wine is still excellent!!!

Thank you, this is undoubtedly one of the best offers for a stay on Lake Balaton. The flat is beautiful, modern with an amazing view of Lake Balaton. The best location imaginable. Close to the centre of Balatonlelle and Balatonboglar (about 15 min by foot). Owner extremely nice and cultured, very helpful. thank you Kris.
Cozy accommodation just a few meters from Lake Balaton, with its own entrance to the water, comfortable beds, great terrace, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. We also appreciated the air conditioning and free parking. In addition, Balatonboglár is really a great place to stay with kids.
Very nice clean room with a kitchenette with cooking machine, coffee maker and other stuffs. A dedicated area for dinning. Great breakfast similar with the one from the hotel with nice home made muffins and good coffee. Dedicated parking lot.
We were just in transit and it was a convenient place to spend the night. I don't recommend Balatonboglár this time of the year. Almost everything is closed.
