Breakfast: really good.
Room: Nice room, nice balcony. The room was a bit cold when we arrived, probably it was empty for a long time, the fan was a bit noisy (we only used it for a couple of hours, but using it for a long time in the summertime can be really annoying), but from the next day everything was okay, we didn't need to use that.

Free and safe parking in front of hotel. Air condition works well. Good beds. Quiet neighborhood. Good location if you use car to go to different beaches and towns alongside Istra. Breakfast was ok for couple of days, but if you stay longer most probably you will be bored of same selection. Coffee was great.
