Wow, this amazing place is very close to ferry point and on the beach road. Very spacious apartment with all the required amenities for family. My kid enjoyed lot in the hot tub. We visited in december cold times and offered with heaters from owner. He is super friendly and responded quickly for all questions. Balcony is spot on with unimaginable view.

Nice quiet place with big garden. The house has everything you need, hot tub is a big bonus for relaxing. Everything was excellent, we will be coming back for sure.
Ugljan is gorgeous: green, authentic. In the village of Ugljan just a couple of restaurant but of high quality with fresh food (you can also buy your fish in the morning market at the harbour). More restaurants in Preko. To visit the island is very easy, in 20 minutes you go from Ugljan to Preko. Strongly suggested the beach of Muline, Preko for the evening (more restaurants and bars than in the other villages of the island) and the S. Michel fortress at sunset.

The owners of apartment are wonderful and kind persons. Owner has his own shore. You can take easy sunbath. Not far away is small market (100 meter) so you can buy all that you need. Also you can reach in 1 km 3 beaches including the bigest,its wonderful place, glass water, just sand underwater so dont wory about stones and another fauna. Recomend and will back in next time to this apartment.
Super friendly hosts, Josip and his wife are wonderful and made our stay amazing! Good location, walking distance to the centre of Ugljan. Very, very clean, we couldn't find any dust! Good beds, even a baby bed was arranged (which the baby loved) well equipped apartment. We loved the barbecue and swimming pool. Overall 10 out of 10!!
The studio is tidy, well equipped. There are enough towels and everything else you might need. The bedding is clean. The house is in a quiet location near the sea, shop and restaurants. The host is friendly and willing to help with information about restaurants, beaches and other information.
We really liked our stay at KUS Ugljan. The apartment was very new and clean and very well equipped. The location is also great since the beach is right in front of the house and the small city center is a just a 10-minutes foot walk away!
