Everything was perfect! The hotel itself and rooms are confortable. I liked the flexibility of the staff. We called the hotel and warned that we would arrive 30 minutes after dinner is finished (after 21:00). The hotel staff prepared a nice late dinner for us. This is what the doctor just ordered! Cause we drove for 10 hours (stuck in traffic) and were very tired. Once again, many thanks to the staff!

If you enjoy walking in any time of the year in the forest or lake shore, then this is perfect spot for your stay. Hotel has everything that one need, including spa and small swimming pool. But actual treat is nature and being part of it the moment you walk out of the hotel. Castell Taskoscan is open for visitors and it is really nice to visit. Trakošćan castle is situated in a beautiful scenery, surrounded by forest and meadows. The lake beneath the castle is at the moment drained due to some maintenance. The castle itself is a interesting place to visit, it has medieval weaponry on display as well as representative residential and auxiliary rooms form the period.

For all the nature-lovers and people looking for time-off,...
For all the nature-lovers and people looking for time-off, this is a great deal. Beautiful countryside, lots of walking trails, historical place (real castle just across your stay). Food is delicious, rooms are super clean, beds are not meant for long naps. Pool is not big and it's more for the kids then the adults, but sauna is amazing and so is the jacuzzi. Just be ready to enjoy and recharge.

Pool area and massage offer is OK, except it is not warm enough in SPA area and fans are too cheap, and only 2.
