The place we stayed at was clean and featured a fully equipped kitchen.
The pool and its surroundings were relaxing and well-maintained.
Our host generously upgraded us to a spacious top-floor apartment free of charge, providing us with a stunning sea view and a delightful balcony where we could enjoy our drinks and breakfast. The balcony was also equipped with a convenient clothes horse and comfortable sun beds.
There was free off-road parking available.
The location was excellent, with several beautiful beaches within walking distance.
The restaurants both en route to and in Sveti Filip i Jakov, which were also within walking distance, served delicious food at reasonable prices. There was a small supermarket conveniently located across the road, and larger supermarkets could be found in Sveti Filip and Biograd na moru. Biograd also offered a variety of restaurants and beaches.

Very nice apartment, very friendly hosts.
We had a two bedroom apartment, it has as well 2 toilets and bidet in one of them, I found it super convenient for 3 adults+child. It is also equipped with a dishwasher and has air conditioner in every room. All windows have a mosquito net and jaluzzi. It was as well everything needed for cleaning, cooking (including backing oven), coffee machine, etc. Rooms firstly seemed a bit small to me, but actually we had a space for everything we need, it was very smartly organized. Outside of the building (still inside the territory) is installed an outside shower, so that you can rinse yourself before going back to apartment. There are fresh water showers on the beach two, costs 2 kunas. For reaching a beach you need to go downstairs on the steps, similar distance to two floors staircases. I can't imagine to have it closer than that :) but keep it in mind, if you have problems to walk upstairs/downstairs.
Owners are very friendly. We received a bottle of wine as a present on arrival. They as well been around all the time and happy to help with all our requests. I can very much recommend this place

The apartment was fantastic. The furnishings were modern, well-maintained, and stylish. We were particularly delighted with the mattresses—they were incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, situated in the historic part of town and near beautiful beaches. Last but definitely not least, the hosts were incredible. Super nice and helpful. There are quite a lot of restaurants in the place with reasonable prices. The water in the sea is clean and the place is calm and not full of tourists. It is a great pity that the embankment is currently under reconstruction.

Camping is situated just above beach, anyways, we preferred to go 150m further north in direction to Iza Banja beach. Sveti Filip i Jakov less than 1000m away.
Room were tiny as shown in the pictures,just ok for getting some good sleep, however, terrace was large with well equipped kitchen.
Big apartment in very good location in Sveti Filip i Jakov. It is 4-5 minutes walk distance to the beach, and also to restautants and supermatkets.
Kind and helpful owners, they welcomed us with selection of local goods. Private parking place and grill equipment in the garden, free wifi.
