The house looks brand new/newly renovated. Very comfortable and spacious enough for 2/3 people. It has all the amenities and equipment you need. The location is very peaceful.

Every aspect of this property exceeded our expectations. It is so tastefully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired, from the fully-equipped kitchens, comfortable lounges and generously sized bedrooms and bathroom to the beautifully kept gardens and pool area. The outdoor bbq and fabulous double shower were other highlights. Our party of 11 was very well accommodated. The location is wonderful for those who don't need the hustle and bustle of the town, and from the outdoor shower there is a fantastic view of the sea. The small town of Nerezine is a 15 minute drive, and the kind and friendly caretaker was always on hand if we had questions. Can't recommend highly enough!
