If we could have given this place more than 10 stars we would have.
Firstly the apartment is just 'wow' - the view from the balcony and bedroom is just stunning, which we felt was incredible value for money!!!
The apartment is clean and comfortable and in a great location - close to Dubrovnik, but far enough out, so that it is peaceful. We walked into Zaton which was lovely, with gorgeous places to swim and stop for delicious food on the waterfront.
Katica was a wonderful host - she was extremely flexible with check in and check out times, and came to the apartment to greet us. She was easy to contact and prompt at replying.
We would highly recommend a stay here and would certainly stay if we returned to the area. Thanks again Katica :-)

Quick check in, parking included, big clean room, beautiful view from the balcony, lots of storage, comfy bed, large bathtub! the bus going to the Old town stops right in front of the hotel.

The staff were great and very helpful. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the bay which afforded a beautiful view. The hotel is spacious and in a great location. You could eat as much as you liked with their a buffet style breakfast. It is a bus ride into the old town but there are plenty of good bars and restaurants near by.

The receptionist was very accomodating, he is polit and very approachable. He manage to accomodate early check in and he is very courteous.

Štikovica is a small town at the sea, offers beautiful views and a nice beach where you can rent paddle board and kayaks.
There are two restaurants at the beach, fresh water shower and toilets (very useful albeit not very nice).
It is a small village and there is no beach promenade, but you can take a really lovely walk further along the bay towards Mali Zaton.
There is no grocery store in Štikovica, the closest one is in Mali Zaton about 2.5km away.
