It had the cutest cafe connected to it! The cafe was super comfy, had lots of yummy food options, and was right next to the water. The place was also very close to everything we wanted to do.

Slatine is a small town about 30 minutes from Slatine.
Slatine is a small town about 30 minutes from Slatine. It has a beautiful coast time with many apartments with holiday makers.
The coastline is filled with restaurants and cocktail bars. We tried to visit as many as we could and all were really good. Many cocktail bars only accept cash, but there are cash machines.

A small and friendly village with bars and restaurants as well as a foot ferry to Trogir and Split. Both well worth a visit for the day. We didn't have a car so relied on trips to the small local shop or when we visited Trogir or Split to stock up with supplies. The three of about five restaurants that we ate at served very nice food. The beaches were not at all busy in early June and were clean and the sea was the cleanest I have seen.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing place
Favourite place - South part, private, crystal clear water, a lot of fish, good for snorkelling
Few good restaurants and bars around harbour - hard to pick the favourite one
Easy to go around and get to Split and Trogir - by ferry boat
No bad experience with this place

Slatine is a small town where the main road is going very close to the beach. There are not many supermarkets, only one which is uphill. We had to go to Trogir to buy food. Otherwise it's very nice, although it could use a promenade.

This area of Croatia is great!
This area of Croatia is great! You can reach Krka and Plitvice in a few hours. Split is 20 minutes by ferry. Trogir was the most beautiful city to me. The family that own Guesthouse Vakans are very friendly and helpful. They speak English so I had no problem chatting with them. Even watched Joe and his son pick olives one afternoon ! That was fun. Nothing to beat the views! You can see Split at night across the water.

Saltine is a small quiet fishing village.
Saltine is a small quiet fishing village. The frequent boat takes you to Trogir or Split if you want a tourist experience.
In the village are a wide range of restaurants - all of them excellent!
There are also two small supermarkets and plenty of beach bars. The pebble beach extends for miles and the swimming is excellent!
We really enjoyed our stay there. Apartments manager was very helpful and friendly. He even sent us recommendations for restaurants and more, it was fantastic and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Apartment itself was modern and tastefully decorated. It was clean and had everything you may need. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool was also nice and quite deep (cca 1,5m). The building was fully booked, but we didn't have any problems with noise.
We had an exceptional vacation at Apartments Romana. The host, Romana is kind, hospitable and ready to help when needed. The location is very good. Everything is within easy reach - the beach, supermarket, beach bistro, etc. By boat from Slatine to Split is only 30 min., and the beautiful medieval town of Trogir is 6 km away, which is wonderful for evening walks and dinners.
Davor is a great host! He was extremely welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house is beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. It is in an excellent location. Close to the beach and close to Trogir if you have a car. Ciovo is a perfect base for travelling around the area by car.
Clean, modern apartment with a spectacular view. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning is available in every room. The beach is just a few steps away and you can use the sunbeds of the house. Arijana, the owner is super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at this place!!!
Very close to the beach. Nice apartment. Well equipped. Nice terrace. Free sunbeds and parasols. Very good air conditioning. The beach is really very nice, not too many people, it is a bit far from the centre, but it is only 15-20 minutes walk. Slatine is a very nice place.
