Location was great, near city, near boot trip to waterfalls, near beach, all in 3 minutes walk. Car park across the road, all super. For loading and unloading you can park just in front of the guest house.
Host was very friendly and helpful with all questions you have. Free coffee at the shared outside kitchen. Obviously you also have a private kitchen. Airconditioning in sleeping room works like a charm. Modern shower, looks like new.

Niko and his family (sister and mother) are excellent hosts: they greet you with smiles each time they see you, and have the time and patience to give you all the information you need..
We enjoyed everything during our stay: property is spotlessly clean, is located very close to everything, it had its own parking place and its own bistro for breakfast, snacks and drinks.
Ask them to try their homemade rakija (roses, cherry, almonds), you may want to take a bottle home.
If life would give us the opportunity to return to Krka National Park, we would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful harbour town with great bars and restaurants along the river. There’s a lovely swimming beach too and an easy walk up to the fortress overlooking the town.
We walked the 4km along the river to the Waterfalls and national park - and got the ferry back - definitely worth a visit!

Great city!
Great city! Many fun restaurants and beautiful views down by the marina! We loved exploring the area and meeting some of the people there! The bakeries were one of our favorite parts! Don't bother going to the National Park though, it is way too expensive and not really that impressive unless you visit the main waterfall by boat.

Skradin is good for its yachts and the beauty of the bay and the river flowing into it. Main attraction - KRKA National Park, The main attraction is the Krka National Park. However, it was not possible to get to the island of the Visovac Museum this time. There was not enough boat service.
I've been in Skradin many times before, but food prices have changed a lot in recent years. Cafes and restaurants have become expensive, but most places have very large portions. My wife and I are not used to eating a lot at one meal, so we could order one dish for two. The menu looks very strange where the price for the side dish is separate. So our Latvia is still probably one of the most inexpensive countries in Europe, where you can eat very tasty and for reasonable money.

Gorgeous little town with art galleries and fabulous boutique restaurants. Has its own ruined castle on top of the hill. Swimming beach 5 minutes walk down the road. But best of all, it is the launching point for the boat trip to the fabulous Krka waterfall national park. All in all a great place to visit.

Incredibly beautiful area. There is so much to see. I even found lovely food in a local restaurant which is normally a challenge for a vegan. Char grilled vegetables, potato salad and tomato soup all were 100% vegan and great tasting.

An pricey entrance fee to the very popular and busy National Park. Entry to the national park through Skradin also includes a scenic 20 minute boat trip to the entrance rather than by coach.
We went early and booked tickets to visit Roski Slap. We seemed to have missed the massive crowds when we returned to the main area.

This is a lovely family run hotel we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were big and were of high standard, the balcony and the view are perfect for relaxing as you are at the top of the village a little bit quieter than the main area, which is only a short walk away. If you can go to the hotels restaurant which is separate from the hotel we had one of our best meals there. On check out the owner did not charge me for a couple of drinks we had on arrival this was a nice touch not like other hotels that squeeze every last cent out of you.
An exceptionally beautiful small hotel, the location couldn't be better!
Restaurants and cafés are right nearby, the marina is 2 minutes away where you can enjoy or organize boat trip to Krka national park.
The main city parking lot is also nearby (included in the price).
Everything is new, clean, and tidy.
The host is kind and accommodating.
An absolute recommendation!
Our hosts are truly nice people, they take care about their property so well, answered every single question ve've asked and told stories about the beautiful country of Croatia. The apartent has a stunning location near the beach. Absolutely recommended :).
Really nice hotel, with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and lovely service. Highly recommend for accommodation with parking and a walkable distance to the Krka national park waterfalls.
Great Location and really friendly owners, a great place to stay and take in beautiful Croatia.
Well equipped with everything you need, and cool during the hotter summer days
