The location is great. It is a few minutes from the beach and the town center but still secluded in a quiet area. The rooms are renovated and really comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were good. Great apartments, lots of space, well equiped kitchen, towels and bed linen included. The place was exceptionally clean with feel-like-home atmosphere.
We were a group of friends on vacation and I must admit, it was the best apartments we have ever stayed at! Our hosts were super kind and friendly. Even tho we accidentally broke one of the deckchairs, they said it was ok and didn't have us paid it. I do recommend this accommodation and can't wait to stay there again!

Central location, 2 minutes from the marina, shops, bakeries, cafes etc, well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, hot water). Definitely good value for money. The kitchen has a good gas stove and an oven, no microwave though, but we did not miss it. The beds were comfy even the sofa bed. The bedding was also ok. We had WiFi, usually stable. What I really liked was that we had cleaning supplies to keep the apartment nice and tidy.

Nice for Kvarner area. There is no many places like Selce. Crikvenica is bigger but do you need more people? Novi Vinodolski is rustical but Selce is yet perfect for our need - walking in ealy spring.

Selce has a very good location – close to Hungary, takes max. 6 hrs from Pécs. It has many beaches - fits families with toddlers or bigger kids. There is one beach for adults without tiny kids. Main beaches close to Selce downtown, but best beach is located close to Selce camping – rocky wild beach but amazing. There are Spar and KONZUM supermarkets – so beer can be purchased cheaper than at beach side. Many restaurants available too for see-food or for pizza or for authentic Croatian food. Overall Selce is so far the best place to visit with kid in Croatia.

Very quiet family friendly place, tidy, and small.
Very quiet family friendly place, tidy, and small. Beaches are well equipped and maintained by Croatian standards. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants; however, they all offer mostly the same fare (grill, seafood and pizza) for a high price, and if you're a vegetarian, your only choice is pizza margarita. Vegans beware!

Nice coastal small town.
Nice coastal small town. Much more nice than neighbouring Crikvenica. City beach is very nice but crowded in rush hours. Never mind, there are another nice and not as crowded beaches around. But not in a foot distance.
This was our second time in Hotel Katarina and it was again incredible. The food is great, the location is perfect, a minute away from Selce center and half an hour walk away from Crikvenica. The SPA zone is clean and relaxing. Our room was sea oriented so the view was amazing. We got a few complimentary things from the managment as well which was a nice touch. We wil definitelly be returning next year!
very nice accommodation near the center within a 10-minute walk from the beach, the accommodation is large and cosy, has everything you need and a wonderful view of Selce, bonus is parking for two cars, because it is very difficult to park on the street. bonus: really nice and pet friendy owners
Excelent position, near the beach. Big appartments, enough space for kids with many beds and sofa, and big terrace as well. The hoața ia very friendly and good english speaker. She manage to keep 2 parking slots on the street, for us. Big like 😌. Parking is a big problem in Selce.
Nice apartment, good furniture, kitchen fully furnished, great location, only few meters from the beach. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Great to have a terrace with a shower. Shops and restaurants are close, walking distance to Selce. Parking close to the apt.
Splendid breakfast, wonderful view to the sea. Very very nice and attentive personal. Safe parking. If we come again to Selce, we will choose them again! We wish them succes and blessings.
