The owner is very kind and explained where to go and what to see in the evening. As a result, we visited some places that are not typically open to the public.
The owner also offered a nice breakfast with eggs, coffee, some ham, and cheese, which was enough for the day.
There is some reconstruction happening on the first floor, and soon it will look much better.
If I visit the Plitvice Lakes again, I would consider staying there again.

Property was great. We stayed in the new building, but saw some rooms in the main building that look just as nice.
Jasmine was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She must recite her recommendation for Pilvice 20 times a day. Made for an amazing hike.
Breakfast was great.

Absolute gem. If you're going to Plitvice (and have a car) take at least two days and stay at their B&B. The hosts are lovely, helpful, and truly want you to have the most magical experience. The property is in a beautiful location, near the park, but yet isolated in a serene location. No matter which season you go in, this is the place to book.

The location within the park, and the quiet lovely grounds were so very nice. We were able to have a wonderful full breakfast before entering the park well ahead of the crowds. Early morning photos with mist captured above the waters were fabulous.

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area...
Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area was gorgeous. Entrance 3 is a secluded and easy entrance to use with parking around there. We went at 3:30 pm and it was perfect, fewer people. It took us 3-3.5 hrs to leisurely walk around the lake, take the boat and the bus back. Its worth it to spend the night in the area to visit the lakes in the afternoon or morning. There is place to eat & drink near the boat area, which was reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice Falls. It’s a short walk to entrance 3. Jasmine, the hostess was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to tour the park and try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Added bonus the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If I was an owner of inn, I’d want a manager just like Jasmine. She went above and beyond.

Lakes and water falls were very unusual and visually stunning. Price of entry is high 150 euro for 5 including 2 kids. Have been to see many other fantastic areas in other countries and usually entry is free or much less. Glad I visited the lakes but would not go back again. Once is enough

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park, in my case I stayed 3 days because I like walking almost every path 😊. If you're a fast walker you can do the park in just one day but it's better to take your time, that place is dreamy. Plitvica Selo is a tiny location where you can go to the park via entrance #3 where you can avoid loooooong lines waiting.

The location is amazing.
The location is amazing. The lookout at the top of the main park waterfall is a short walk from the premises. The quiet serenity of the area is remarkable. Getting up early for a walk in the misty paths was a true treasure.
The room is truly comfortable and homely with all amenities required. Host Ante is a great cook and also shared ideas and things to do with our upcoming stays in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, which helps a lot in especially choosing a restaurant.
I would truly recommend this stay. It is a great location.

Plitvice Selo is just a couple of houses without any shops...
Plitvice Selo is just a couple of houses without any shops but mostly cottages/apartments for rent, but with a few restaurants. It is very close to entrance 3 (15 minutes by foot), so you do not need the car for your stay. From entrance 3 you can either walk or take the boat to the other end (included in the daily pass of the national park - book in advance!). It is a lot less touristic, but this also means you will not find many places to buy food (even inside the park) or eat in, hence a good accommodation which provides this is very helpful.
Big compliment to the customer service, and the way the guests received us. It definitely makes the difference being received in a kind and helpful way (e.g. giving hints for the Plitvice Lakes walk).
Really Good breakfast also a plus.
It has Parking lot.
For those with tickets to visit the Plitvice Lakes, there is an entrance within walking distance from the Hotel.
The overall quality of the experience was superb.
The location of the hotel is perfect to enter the park.
Good and active commination from Milica (the soul of the B&B :-) ) before we arrived and very good advices
(Restaurant for Dinner, processes in the park, hints to avoid the crowd, savings,….)
THANK YOU
The location and accommodation was lovely. The weather took a turn for the worst when we arrived but the host kindly let my wife borrow a coat to wear in the park. Breakfast was great and the reccomendation for dinner at nearby hotel was super.
The staff at this hotel were amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. the hotels location was excellent in terms of getting to the lakes, and there were lots of facilities at the hotel.
Location, staff, room, restaurant, everything is more than great. I would single out the receptionist who welcomed us! The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the National Park.
