The staff completely abandoned the property. We booked a room on Christmas Eve due to a plane issue so we could eat a nice meal. The website indicated the property was open. When we arrived it was locked and the staff had sent me a note they went home. It was only 830pm. They left us nothing more than a key. So yes the rooms were nice but my family was completed abandoned on Christmas eve. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
