The location is perfect, the sea is 1.5kms away, we were in the top apartement and the view is fantastic from the balcony. The bathroom was well equipped and there was plenty of space for parking in front of the house.

Novi Vinodolski has very nice beaches (on rocks), clean sea and loads of facilities in the city (several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, beach bars etc.). If you are a sea lover, it is worth to visit.

The beach is a 15-minute walk from the house, but there are rocks and stones and little space. Therefore, we went with the children to a sandy beach 10 minutes from the house.

I have booked a room for three adult, room was very small, and third bed was not for adult, after our complaint they have changed the room and asked for extra money, since we have no other option we accepted to pay extra money. I am suspicious if they are using this method and selling their rooms with un advertised rates.

It was our first time in Novi Vinodolski and we were pleasantly surprised. Although the main beach is fairly crowded, if you move a couple hundred meters away there is plenty of free space even in the shade. The town is not as spectacular as some old mediterranean island towns but it's not without cultural and historical sights. We loved the countryside and hills behind Novi Vinodolski with some great viewpoints, ruins of old forts and even free-roaming horses.

I stayed in a residential area about 15 min walk to the center, or 20 min to the beach, but nice while passing at local gardens, fig trees and houses. Unfortunately, there is very little or no old town feel, since the place was probably a fishing village for many years and has upgraded itself into a tourist place, providing for a demographic who likes to have a simple vacation with general food options, but no fancy restaurant or shopping. The biggest minus was the close garbage sites next to the main road leading down to the coast. The coast line itself is beautiful and typical for the area and offers beaches, which are attractive but can be crowded during high season.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with beautiful view on top of the hill of Novi Vinodolski.
Hosts were friendly and welcoming, available for questions and ready to help us with suggestions.
It is on top of the hill, easy to walk down, not so easy to climb up, but I very much enjoyed finding the little walking paths/stairs that were not indicated on the map.
Each bedroom had air-conditioning, which was amazing during a heatwave.
Kitchen was very well equipped.
Beds were very comfortable.
Good location, 1 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes to the city center.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and bathroom.
Delicious breakfast buffet.
All rooms have a sea view, balcony and air conditioning.
Despite the fact that it is behind the main road, in the room is no noise at all

The hotel also has a small swimming pool.
It is a great choice for normal and not crazy guests
The appartments are quite new, well equiped and clean. The kitchen has all the needs. The airco works when everything is closed, which is fine. Balcony with tabel and chairs is perfect.
In front are parking-spaces. From the appartment you have a nice view over Novi Vinodolski, and the location is much more quiet as in the centre.
The property is in a great location, not even 10min walk to the nearest beach, and just 15min walk to the city centre. The view from this apartment is absolutely fantastic. We had everything we needed. The landlady is very nice and the apartment was very clean and tidy.
