Linda found us in a local restaurant and came and introduced herself, she was very welcoming! She gave us great tips on where to eat and get cash exchanged. Her help made all the difference as this is a relatively remote island. The apartment was comfortable and clean with gorgeous views of the sea and other islands.

Exceptional hotel, the attention to detail is world class from the point of reception through to departure. The dinning experience is made to make you feel like you are the only people that matter, using the finest of ingredients all served with great attention. The rooms are top end luxurious and only a very short walk to the lovely swimming pool with a tremendous view. We will be back.

This apartment felt like home for the week; it was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for two people and with a very private terrace with a view of the sea. Our lovely host Anka could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and when we arrived we were given a great description of places to visit on the island. The location of the apartment is very convenient, just a few minutes walk down to the restaurants and shops, but far enough away for peace and privacy.
I would recommend this place to anyone; it was an absolute pleasure to stay here.
Also, the Wifi was excellent, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is very well kitted-out for self-catering.

The apartment was a good size and the balcony, with a view over the harbour, was lovely. The location was central, though quiet.

Literally everything! I’m usually picky about hotels/apartments but this one didn’t leave me any reason to complain. Location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and everything else but still quiet. The apartment has everything you’d need. The host is amazing and left water and juice for us in the fridge. The apartment is modern and has a little outside space to chill. It’s also very clean. If I’m ever in Sali again, I know where to stay.

As much as Luka is very Tourist dependent, it has a rich culture of locals who return for the summers. This makes it a very Croatian village with a ton of charm. Eat at the Konoba (really good food!) or at home (the village market has a reasonable selection and better prices than the nearest grocery store), swim anywhere, bring a book - the internet and cell coverage is spotty - and relax!

There are much better places to stay on the Dugi Otok like...
There are much better places to stay on the Dugi Otok like Bozava, Sali, etc. Luka is just a tiny village (few guesthouses) and 2 restaurants, both of which I would not recommend, especially B&B Grill
The host greeted us warmly, and the apartment was spacious (for a family of three) and very clean. The location is right by the seashore and a bit secluded from other houses in the village of Luka and the site is thus very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had all the essentials (as described and shown in the pictures) and the host ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend the Hidden Pearl listing.
- As many people said, the owner is the heart of the place, very friendly and helpful.
- Big terrace space with the view of the sea. Shade is in the afternoon.
- Close to the first beach. Close to both restaurants in Luka.
- Parking in front of the apartment. A bit tight for bigger cars, but manageable. You can also choose to park down the road in the village. Both are free.
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very nice, modern and lovingly furnished. Probably the most beautiful is the terrace with a view of the sea. Luka is a great starting point to explore the island. The apartments are completely new, which is why there aren't that many reviews yet.
It is a small hotel at the end of a beautiful bay. The location is stunning and the small village is ideal for people liking quiet time, i.e. no discos, but one restaurant, a bar and a shop. There is also place to swim just outside the hotel.
Amazing location, really a perfect place to spend a quiet vacation. The appartment is right next to the seaside with the private beach and the center of Luka is easily accessible within 5 min.
