Really nice hosts, perfect location with a great view and super clean and nice room. We just stayed for one night but they went over the top to make it comfortable for us. Beautiful garden and real oasis in the summer heat.

Compared to other Croatia holiday locations, Ičići is kind...
Compared to other Croatia holiday locations, Ičići is kind of bland. The mostly concrete beach is set between two marinas and a main road. There are much nicer beaches around Croatia. But you may enjoy a long coastal pathway to Opatija or Lovran.
Interestingly, the sun here gets down much early then elsewhere in Kvarner bay.

It was very nice that we immediately met the hosts. They were very open and told is to approach them whenever we need something. This was nice and they live above the appartment. We really love this location. Opatija and many beaches are easy to reach if you go down the road. If you go upwards you can go to Učka. When we weren’t outside we could enjoy all the facilities. We had good wifi, hdmi cable to watch movies on the tv and air conditioning.
We liked most the location at a few minutes walking from the centre and the beach. Also a parking lot, actually a garage, in the house of the apartment. This is a rarity in Ičići. The apartment is at the ground floor and has a terrace and a small garden with a great view towards the sea and the marina. All in all it is a simple but lovely apartment with a very friendly owner Bruno who lives above and is always at hand
The apartment is placed in Kvarner bay, so it has a beautiful view to the bay.
The accommodation is quite well equiped, comfortable, and decorative, and Dolores and his husband are very kind hosts!
It is close to the beautiful Opatija, and Rovinj and Pula are not so far for a one day trip as well.
The room had a normal size with a large bed,. Everything was clean. We had a beautiful view to the sea. The room also offered AC, a fridge and a kettle. The hotel had a large private parking as well.
There was also a shared terrace with an extremely nice view.
