The hosts were really nice. They even came to pick us up at the airport late at night and then offered drinks and dinner. Excellent hospitality! The place was also close to the ferry that we took in the morning.

My family had a wonderful time at Apartment Stara kuća and really appreciated the recommendations from Mario and his mother. We spent two nights here between Split and Dubrovnik - it was a perfect escape from the touristy areas! We climbed the walls to Ston (go early in the morning before it gets too hot), visited local wineries (short 15-minute drive away, we loved Vuka), and had a delicious dinner at the Captain's House. We didn't get a chance to visit the beach or try the salt in Ston, but they are on our list for next time! Apartment Stara kuća was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great views from the top bedroom! We loved having air conditioning and a washer/dryer.
