The staff at the spa were very kind and welcoming ladies. The night staff at the reception were helpful too, especially once my flight and luggage was delayed, they helped me with my airport shuttle. The location served its purpose as it is close to the US embassy which was the reason I was visiting Zagreb. Stafa's restaurant just past the hotel does great food.
